Arpit Yoga Place is an ideal platform to experience and learn physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. It is strategically established in the holy land of Rishikesh by a group of yoga experts. The yoga teachings of our school are based on the extensive analysis of yogic scriptures and yogic wisdom of veterans Indian yogis e.g. Patanjali, Pattabhi Jois , BKS Iyengar, etc.
Arpit Yoga Place is a Registered yoga School. It is accredited with 'yoga Alliance, USA' as 'registered yoga school'. Our teaching methodology, course curriculum and duration of yoga classes are in accordance with the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. We offer certified yoga teacher training in Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga which covers beginner as well as advanced level programs. After successful completion of the training, the students become certified yoga teachers.
We follow the ancient teaching methodology. Our batches are small to ensure a high level of interaction between masters and students and we have different experts to teach different aspects and style of yoga.
We have included stay and meal facility in our yoga teacher training  programs. Students stay in independent rooms and are offered freshly prepared nutritious meal three times in a day. At weekends,the whole batch with their masters goes for outdoor activities e.g. river rafting, kakaying, trekking, mountain biking, etc.
