Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul is a residential Yoga Ashram situated in Rishikesh (The spiritual capital of India).It offers various programmes on different aspects of Yoga like Education, Health and Training. It is registered with Yoga Alliance U.S.A. There are three different level courses for Yoga Teacher Training of 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hourtime duration. They are carefully designed for three kinds of learners, viz.the beginner, medium and advanced level. All of them are based on various Ancient traditional Yoga practices.

The main aim of all these teacher training courses is to help you in learning the basics of Yoga in a step by step manner. They will surely increase your awareness and knowledge of Yoga with constant practice and your own learning

 experiences. These courses prepare you to become an independent Yoga teacher in an effective way. All these three courses are taught in an integrated manner. It includes many kinds of Yoga practices like Hatha Yoga , Asthanga Yoga (Patanjali Yoga), Asthanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy etc.

Jeevmoksha yoga gurukul offers one month, 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh  India or 200 hours of intensive hatha yoga teacher training program in compliance with the standards of Yoga Alliance (USA), which has set the guidelines for conducting the yoga teacher training courses through registered yoga schools(RYS) as per its curriculum.
