According to today's lecturer Navid Modiri, many organizations claim to work with diversity, while in fact it turns out that they only have a diversity policy that no one has looked at or uses. Often the organization believes that diversity is to employ two med people with an immigrant background and that it is then clear.

SO WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH DIVERSITY?

In a world that is becoming more and more interconnected and people moving freely between continents, it is becoming increasingly important to understand how we can work with differences as a strength. In order to do that, we need to understand what we mean when we talk about diversity, and what the benefits are for companies that work with the concept as a continuous process and not just as a fun thing.  Diversity is not a diploma you have on the wall. It is something you achieve by challenging norms and structures, and it will be difficult.
