Anamika Singh, a tea-taster by profession will engage audiences in a 30-minute demo on Tea appreciation. The emphasis will be on the different types of tea and methods of infusion.

Following the talk, Chef Michael Swamy, a celebrated Chef will cook two gourmet recipes in addition to also preparing a special cocktail, which will be a limited edition drink infused with Sublime House of Tea.
