This Workshop is designed as an kick-off event to introduce you to our upcoming regular Yoga classes as well as to our upcoming Yoga teacher’s training in coorperation with the well-known Dr. Jaiswal Ashram.
The agenda will be as follows:
• 1 hour Yoga class, covering Suryanamaskar, Asana, Pranayama & Meditation
• 1 hour introduction to the Certificate Course in Yoga (Basic, Therapy & Specialization)
• Short introduction to Dr. Jaiswal Ashram and our track record of 80+ years in teaching Yoga.

Pls. bring your own Yoga mats along!
