Women in Energy Sector (WIES) founded in 2016, is a voluntary group of professionals of the energy sector working together to promote leadership building, talent management, diversity & inclusion at work place.  

The mission of the group is to encourage collaborative working & having a dialogue on different working cultures in the energy sector. It also brings together leaders to share industry knowledge, strategies and experiences on enacting positive organizational change and personal growth.
