Statistics
reveal that most students in India choose their stream under parental/ peer
pressure
·
Many are
absolutely clueless about their career path even after graduation
·
Quite a
few colleges have either inadequate, or
sometimes even non-functioning Training & Placement cells, leaving the
students to their fate after they graduate
·
Many
colleges don’t have the resources to guide their students about career choices
·
There is
often a huge gap between college curriculum and skills demanded in the job
market
·
Most
adult working professionals desperately lack job satisfaction
·
Therefore,
most people are unable to ever
reach peak efficiency
·
There are
high stress levels and reduced quality of life
·
Due to
inadequate curriculum and lack of guidance in college, there is a gap between
EDUCATION & EMPLOYABILIITY in the country. Even qualified people can’t find
the right career
