Vyapaar- B Plan, Sales and Promotion' is an inter institute B plan sales and promotion competition. In which teams are supposed to present their B plan, product and Mad ad of their product to the judges. Teams will be judged on the basis of Innovation and Feasibility of their B plan. Also, Innovation in presentation of their product is must.

Rules & Regulations
A. General Rules
1. No of Participants allowed: Max. 6
2. Entry Fee per team Rs. 200/- only
3. Reporting time: 09:00 am
4. Participants are supposed to submit their PowerPoint presentation on arrival
5. All teams are requested to bring their own props for presenting their product
6. Institute will provide
a. PA system
b. LCD projector
c. Table for Product display

B. Round I: Product Display
1. Each team will be provided with Tables. Teams can bring needful with them (it can be any media)
2. Participants are supposed to present their Product in front of the judges
3. Judging criteria:
a. Innovation in display
b. Use of space and resources provided
c. Selling Techniques

C. Round II: B-plan Presentation
1. Each team has to present their b plan in front of the judges
2. Teams can use any media for presentation
3. Time allotted 10+2 min
4. Judging criteria:
a. Financial Aspects
b. Segmentation, targeting, positioning & 4 P's
c. Presentation skills

D. Round III: Mad Ad
1. Each team has to present their mad ad about their product
2. The Ad should be Short, Simple and shouldn?t be vulgar
3. Bring your own props
4. Time (max. 3 min)
5. Judging Criteria:
a. Ad should be self-explanatory
b. Team Work

E. Innovation and creativity adds some extra point.
F. Judges decision will be last decision.
G. Entry for Two wheelers is restricted without helmet in campus
