One of the UK’s biggest vegan events VegfestUK London returns to Olympia London for the 6th year running on October 27-28, with an extra 3,200 sam exhibition space added to the floor plan from the previous year’s event.

BOGOF & BOGOHP tickets will generate two barcode tickets, one barcode per person.

Tickets are barcoded and will be sent out via email two weeks before the event. These can be printed off or displayed on your smartphone.

We are extending BOGOF Sunday concession options to October 7th to give Students an extra option to attend, and to promote during Fresher’s Weeks

**** TICKETS ON THE GATE ****

Limited amount of tickets are available on the gate at £15.00 (adults) / £10.00 (concessions*).

Kids under 16 FREE – children must be supervised by a parent / guardian at all times.

* Note on Concessions 

Concessions tickets holders must bring ID to the gate for verification of their “Concessions” status. Concessions include

- OAP’s,
- NHS staff
- Students (with photo ID’s from their place of study)
- Claimants, and
- Visitors with disabilities (carer comes free)

**** FAQ's ON ENTRY / TICKETING ****

(1) Weekend Tickets - how many tickets will I actually receive?

Each customer who buys a weekend ticket will receive one ticket which can be scanned on both Saturday and Sunday.

(2) BOGOF / BOGOHP ticket - how many actual tickets will I receive?

Each customer who buys a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE / BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE ticket will receive 2 tickets in total.

(3) Will there be tickets available on the gate?

The amount of tickets available on the gate are subject to advance ticket sales and venue capacity - once the venue's capacity is reached, a 1-in-1-out policy will be implemented, at which stage you will have to wait for a while before being allowed into the venue (or not at all).

Also we would like to stress that attendance at this particular event has been growing year on year since its inception in 2013.

To guarantee your place at the event and avoid disappointment, therefore, we recommend buying tickets in advance, especially for visitors who are planning to travel from outside London for specific stallholders / guests.

(4) Exact change (for ticket purchases on the gate)

Should you plan to buy tickets on the gate, please bring exact change to help speed up the processing of ticket purchases made on the gate, thanks.

NB: Tickets on the gate are limited and might run out on the day subject to advance ticket sales and visitor numbers on the live show days.

(5) Entry points and Exit

Adult Advance Tickets - Blythe Road Entrance (into Olympia West)

All other ticket types - Hammersmith Road Entrance (into Olympia Central)

(6) Do kids need to buy tickets to enter?

Kids under 16 do not have to purchase tickets - they can enter the event for free as long as they are accompanied by adults. Please, however, bring your ID's for verification on the gate. Also children must be supervised by a parent / guardian at all times.

(7) If I need to leave the venue temporarily, can I re-enter at a later time during opening hours?

Yes you can - make sure to get yourself a readmittance stamp at the Exit (via Olympia Central on Hammersmith Road) before leaving the venue. Re-entry is via the Hammersmith Road entrance into Olympia Central.

(8) Bag searches on entry

Visitors to the event are liable to bag searches on entry at both the Blythe Road entrance (into Olympia West) and the Hammersmith Road entrance (into Olympia Central).
