Tea Room Conversations was conceptualised over tea (surprise!) as a joint initiative between Ashoka, BitGiving, Anandini Tea and Anant Learning & Innovation to bring solution-oriented discussions on topical issues by involving individuals and social innovators. The unique aspect of this discussion is that it casual and action driven. No pontification. No framing of the problem. Just a snappy and engaging discussion on what can be done to solve the issues being discussed. 

The topic for the 4th edition is *Women in informal sector workforce*

The conversation will be structured around the struggles and challenges faced by women who work in the informal sector.  Their journey, future plans and their contribution to the informal sector will be the key points of the discussion
