Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest association devoted to human resources, will organize its 4^th annual conference on 24^th and 25^th September 2015. After a successful conference last year that saw enthusiastic participation from a cross section of people including CEOs, HR heads and sector experts, this year’s conference will be based on the theme “Velocity-speed with focus”. The theme aims to highlight the growth of HR as an independent and robust industry and focus on the recognition it deserves.
