CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY
Any individual who have a Valid INCORD 2015 Registration ID are eligible to take part.

DURATION
This Contest will run from 25 Feb 2014 to 12 March 2014. 
Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time.
All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.

SUBMISSION OF ENTERIES
1.Participants must first be registered for INCORD 2015 atwww.incordhbti.org/register .
2. They have to message their selfie with their Name, College and INCORD ID(generated after registering at our website) to the Official Facebook page of INCORD.
3. The theme for the events is ‪#‎Selfie‬, ‪#‎Techfie‬ and ‪#‎Groupfie‬. Any of them wil be accepted.
4. The submitted image will be displayed on our FB page after the contest starts i.e. from 25 Feb.
5. A single participant can submit multiple entries but under different themes.

VOTING PROCEDURE
Participants will be notified of the upload of their image. They can then share the image or promote in any way they want to. You have to get maximum likes within the time period of contest.

FINAL WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be selected on the basis of number of likes on their image. If number of likes coincides then nmber of shares will be considered. Top 3 participants with maximum likes will be awarded. Their image will be posted by the page and will be honoured on the day of INCORD.

PRIZES : worth Rs. 5000 to be won..
The Final Selfies will be Uploaded on INCORD official FB Page.
