Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru awaits the arrival of its esteemed alumni for Samaagam 2017, the Annual Alumni Meet of the college, on the 9 th of September, 2017. The alumni of any institution are the lamps in the light of which the institution is projected to the outside world. The 7 th edition of Samaagam, like every year, aims to leave a nostalgic impression on the hearts of the former students of SIBM Bengaluru from all the 8 batches of the college. This year’s meet comes
with a theme of ‘Rewind, Relive’, which is an attempt to defy the unidirectional rigidity of time. It aims to catch all the memories that glow like fireflies in the mist of time.

The event comes as an opportunity for the alumni to spend some time away from the heat of the competitive world under the shade of cherished memories as they take some time out of their busy schedules to come back to their Alma Mater. The evening adds another page in the book of memories as the alumni meet their peers once again under the same roof where they spent those two memorable years. Samaagam is a fun-filled event, not just for the alumni who get to rewind and relive their college days, but also for the two current batches of the college who relish the stories shared by their seniors – a guide to making some stories of their own.

While the spirit of coming together is being held up high, this year, for the very first time, the cultural clubs of SIBM-B, Jzaa – The Dramatics Club, Saaz – The Music Club and Jhankaar – The Dance Club, along with Hippocampus – The Creatives Club will come together for ‘Project-X’ – a musical wherein three beautiful forms of art form an inseparable and complete mix of sheer pleasure. Apart from that, the event will witness a mix of cultural activities and fun games for the visiting alumni.
