Rei in Japanese means ‘Universal ‘ and Ki means ‘Life Energy’.

All of us have Life Energy flowing through us. In India we call it Prana, in China its called ‘CHI’ and in Japan its called ‘KI'.

In Reiki the flow of Life energy is increased by the teacher through a simple attunement process. Once attuned , the student has increased Life energy flowing through them. With this energy they can heal themselves and others simply by touch. It opens and detoxifies all their chakras. This is the First degree of Reiki.

The Reiki Workshop duration is 3 hours which will include Reiki Attunement, Self Healing of 27 Chakras, Giving Reiki Healing to others. The benefits and History of Reiki will also be discussed.

The next... day there will be a Chakra healing Workshop again of 3 hours. This will include Knowledge of Chakras and the major role they play in our health and life. Practical techniques to keep chakras active , open and healthy will be taught.

There are 4 Degrees in Reiki and every degree is a quantum leap in the flow of this energy and the benefit to us.

In the First degree, which you will complete at The Cultural Centre, one heals by touch.

Manual and Certificate for the first degree of Reiki Healing will be provided after the second day.

About the Teacher

Vidya Shastri is a Reiki GrandMaster and has been teaching all degrees of Reiki upto Mastership for over 12 years . She has taught to scores of individuals besides conducting Workshops for Corporates on Reiki Healing for employees.
