VJTI supports a variety of extra-curricular activities through its national level annual cultural extravaganza- Pratibimb.

              Pratibimb is not just a festival but a colourful celebration of infectious enthusiasm, pulsating energy, joyous spirits and healthy competition. Stretched over three fun filled days, it musters a footfall of 15000-18000 people every year. During Pratibimb, the massive 16 acre campus of VJTI transforms into a scene of bubbling anxiety, vibrant expressions, charismatic persona and a yell drowning din among the crowd to participate and catch a glimpse of the several on-going performances. The Pratibimb stage is set ablazed by the spell bounding performances of youngsters that induce an atmosphere of excitement and make one of the most serene souls to jump in elation. This stage is not only an abode of skilful latent but also a platform to get rid of the most feared ‘stage fright’.

             Pratibimb is the brainchild of the enthusiastic and buzzing minds of the VJTI Social Group students who invest their time, hardwork and innovations to passionately work towards making it a grand success.

            The theme for this year is – ‘El Misterio Develado…Get Bamboozled..!!’ which is a Spanish version of ‘The Mystery Unveiled’. Since time immemorial man has tried to penetrate the veil of mystery. So, this year, we are here to spice up this feeling of mystery. To present it to the crowd in a creative, fun filled yet spooky manner. A plethora of events are being hosted to make mystery colourful and loaded with entertainment.

            And now make way for our official mascot- ‘V’. V is a patron of revolution who loves bringing benefitting changes in the routine of the common man. The ideologies of ‘V’ are a clear reflection of the varied events conducted under Pratibimb to bring about a welcome and happy change in the otherwise ‘study-loaded’ and routine lives of students.

             Among the popular and crowd attracting events of Pratibimb are- ‘Band Wars’, ‘Temple Run’, ‘Takeshi’s Castle’, ‘Strut- Fashion Show’, ‘Footloose- Group Dance’, ‘Masterchef VJTI’, ‘Bhookh- fastest food eating competition’, ‘Media Management Arts’ and of course the Pronight performance. Last year, Pratibimb went international by mustering the live concert of the famous international band- ‘The Bombay Rockers’.

             Pratibimb promotes talent in every sector ‘Performing Arts’, ‘Fine Arts’, ‘Home-making Arts’, ‘Media Management Arts’, ‘Debates and Literary Arts’. Competitive events are conducted under each of these events to allow every skill to get recognized. Also, a wide range of workshops are held to promote and encourage participation in vivid fields and to allow budding talents to flourish.

               In addition to these funfilled activities, Pratibimb also supports several social cause events. The students at Pratibimb believe that every opportunity acquired at serving our society is a golden chance to thank and serve the various social elements.
