Day01:- 30st Dec 2019:-

●      Welcome Drinks (Non –Alcoholic) on arrival (30th Dec) - Prefer to reach till 12PM

●      Buffet Garhwali Lunch will be for 1pm to 2.30pm  (The most authentic ever)

●      After lunch fun activities mentioned below from (4pm to 7.00pm)

●      Evening High Tea (5:30 - 6:30pm)

●      Bonfire (7.30pm to 10pm)

●      Tea and Snacks (7:30pm to 8.30pm)***

●      Buffet Dinner (3 veg + 1 Non veg + Sweet dish) from (8:30 pm to 10.30 pm)

●      Music & Dance on inhouse music (7:30pm to 10pm)

Day02:- 31st January 2019

●      Morning Tea and cookies (6:30 – 8:00)

Terms & Booking Policy

●     Booking amount due with the application is 100% of the total Amount.

●     Tickets mandatory for age: 5-12yrs (50 % without extra bedding) above 12yrs (full ticket).

●     Tickets once booked cannot be refunded or changed.

●     Tickets are issued subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations of the venue.

Rules and Regulations

●     Any narcotic consumption strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming at the event will be handed over to police.

●     Parking is at the risk of the vehicle owner.

●     No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, laser devices, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

●     The organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur during or at the Festival.

●     No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.

●     Management reserves the right to hold the entry to certain areas within the festival to ensure a safe festival experience.

●     The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.

●     Breach of any of these terms and conditions or the Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the management of the event to eject you from the venue.
