Tentative Schedule:
Day 0 (01/10/2015) - At night departure from Delhi to Kathgodam 
Day 1 (02/10/2015) - Kathgodam - Sattal 32 km 
Day 2 (03/10/2015) - Sattal - Nainital 45 km
Day 3 (04/10/2015) - Nainital - Ramnagar 65 km
Post that departure to Delhi

Participation fees: Rs.15,000/- per person

Cost Includes:
- Travel to & through from Delhi. 
- Hotel & Food
- Logistics Vehicle to carry all our equipment.
- You will only have to carry your personal knapsack containing water bottle, camera and trail layers
- technical support for bikes
- Bikes packaging/unpacking.

Cost Excludes:
- Any expenses of personal nature, tips, phone etc.
- Any Insurance.
- Mountain bike. (You will need to get your own bikes.).
- Basic Bike repair kit (Participants are expected to carry their own puncture kit, spare tubes (2 will be good) and a multipurpose repair tool.)


The Terms and conditions mentioned below shall apply for the event:
1. Maximum efforts are made to ensure the safety of the participant. However, J2O & their management or employees will not be responsible for injuries of any nature, mental or physical, whether caused directly or indirectly due to any adventure sports or their allied activities.
2. Every participant is required to fill a registration form and indemnity bond prior to the commencement of the trip.
3. Refund and cancellation:
- If you cancel 20 days before the trip begins, J2O will retain 20% of the trip cost.
- If you cancel 15 days before the trip begins, J2O will retain 50 % of the trip cost.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip begins, or, are not present when the trip begins, there will be no refund.
4. J2O will take every care to ensure that itineraries are followed to the letter but circumstances beyond control may necessitate changes. In case of changes in routes and properties, J2O will accept no liability but make arrangements for substitution of equal.
5. J2O will accept no liability for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control.
6. Any damage, other than that attributable to fair wear and tear, to the equipments by the participants will be billed to you. Our decision on all such matters will be final and binding.
