In many instances, even rudimentary safety standards and practices are not met. The medical device market in India itself is growing at a faster annual rate 15% than the 10-12% growth seen in the entire Healthcare sector in pointing to an urgent need to introduce more robust standards in the medical device sector.

At this one-day symposium, safety standards experts and healthcare professionals will discuss, collaborate and share knowledge on medical device safety standards in India.
