Kalpataru Arts To Bring The Second Edition Of Manthan Festival from 27^th to 28^th July 2016

Delhi: Promoting India's rich and diverse culture and performing traditions in its own unique style, Kalpataru Arts is set to bring the 2nd edition of Manthan Festival at the sprawling Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre from 27th-28th July 2016, 7 PM onwards. The theme of the festival being “churning the ocean of classical music and dance” would continue its efforts in promoting younger artists as well as the unknown legends in making.

Observed a resounding success in the classical music circuits across the globe, Grammy-nominated, Pt. Gaurav Mazumdar and Doordarshan & All India Radio artiste, Pt. Vinayak Torvi is stepping forward towards making a melodious start to the evening. The talented Pranshu Chaturlal, and Pt. Ashish Sengupta will be accompanying the musical stalwarts on Tabla. The following day will explore the foray of Indian Classical Dance with Odissi doyen, Smt. Sujata Mahapatra, Kathak exponents Smt. Vaswati Misra, Sh Daniel Freddy, and Founder of Kalpataru Arts, Smt. Sangita Chatterjee. Akhilesh Bhatt will be supporting the gala with his resonant music.
