Between the depths of a story of miracles and downfalls, Gianluca and Elena go fishing in pursuit of the truth about the evils plaguing the Mediterranean Sea. The film revolves around a half-serious inquiry on pollution and superstition.

'It's Gonna Take a Miracle' is the first full length feature film of Davide Minnella, an Italian director, scriptwriter and television writer. His most recent short film, Come Si Deve, starring Piera Degli Esposti and Diane Fleri, has won several awards both in Italy and abroad. It was presented for the first time at the 60th Berlin Film Festival and received a special mention for Screenplay at 2011 Nastri D'Argento. His short films La Porta, Mai Dove Dovremmo Essere, starring Sergio Rubini and Bar, have earned him numerous awards and recognitions in Italy and abroad. He actively collaborates with the most important Italian TV Productions and is the author of several TV programs. 'It's Gonna Take a Miracle' will be screened on 25th August '16 at YES Bank Art Bengaluru 2016, UB City.
