concept note, a software tool etc. (11 – 13 Mar'16)
3 APPATHON Challenge: To create a smartphone App
that will be useful for electric, water and gas
utilities and their customers, smart city
administration, transport, security, health,
sanitation, education etc. (11 – 13 Mar'16)
