INTERACTIONS 

Presentation by Hrishikesh Centre Of Contemporary Dance.

We, at the Hrishikesh's Centre of Contemporary Dance, are pleased to announce “INTERACTIONS” which is a culmination of the 40-hour module comprising rigorous physical training,sessions included warm-ups to built strength, flexibility, body awareness and co-ordination. 

The dance education at the Centre is multidisciplinary hence encouraging students to explore an independent movement vocabulary through a series of exercises and techniques.
