Ramadan is a period of prayer, fasting, charity-giving and self-accountability for Muslims all around the world. The residents of Hazrat Nizamuddin Basti celebrate the entire month of fasting and forgiveness, also known as ‘Ramzaan’, with great enthusiasm as the streets are filled with the people wearing traditional clothes and the scent of the special essence oils called Attar waft in the air. This trail will start from the Shiv temple and will take you to Phoolwali gali, Khwaja Hall, Alvi Chowk, Attarwali gali, Chausath Khamba and finally give you the true taste of Iftar at Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin Complex.
