Rolling Academy – The Bikepark announces an awesome New Year celebration filled with positive sports and fun activities which will kick start your new year with the best vibes!

Located amidst the sprawling Sinhagad Mountains, you will celebrate the occasion in absolute nature.

You can either ride with us to the Bikepark, or arrive at the venue in your own vehicle. Cyclists who ride with us to the Bikepark will get 10% discount on the registration fee!

Itinerary:

Day 1 (31st December 2015)

15:15 – Gather on Sinhagad Road opposite to Rajaram Bridge Water Treatment Plant
15:30 – Start of the ride to Rolling Academy – The Bikepark
17:00 – Riding at the Bikepark starts
17:00 – People travelling by car arrive at the venue
17:30 – Tent allocation and set-up
18:00 – Relaxation and leisure time
18:30 – Sports and group activities start
19:00 – Campfire and BBQ start
20:00 – Dinner starts
21:00 – Night ride at the Bikepark starts
22:00 – Drum circle starts
23:30 – New Year celebration starts

Day 2 (1st January 2016)

6:30 – Wake-up call
7:00 – Trail and nature stroll
8:00 – Yoga & meditation session
9:00 – Breakfast and pack-up
9:30 – Ride back to the city


Cycling to/at the Bikepark:
The ride to the Bikepark will be supported by backup vehicle and appropriate refreshments.
Cyclists are required to wear helmets during the ride to the Bikepark and also while riding at the Bikepark.
To participate in the night ride at the Bikepark, it is compulsory to equip your bike with light.
The ride to the Bikepark is approximately 17 km from the start point with an approx. elevation gain of 25m.

Arriving with your own vehicle:
The Bikepark is located on the Sinhagad Ghat Road, approx. 1.5 km from the Sinhagad Toll Post on the way to the top of the fort. The venue is easily accessible by road.
People arriving using their own means are advised to reach the venue around 17:00 to avoid traffic and delay in participation.
Parking places for four and two wheeled vehicles are available inside the venue premises on first come first serve basis.

Camping:
We will be providing tents with occupancy of 2, 3 and 4 people per tent. The tents will be allocated on first register first serve basis. Participants are required to bring their own bedding/blankets.
A deposit of INR 1500 per tent has to be paid in cash at the venue during tent allocation. The deposit will be refunded after handing over the tent in the same condition as provided on the prior day.

Food:
We will be providing pure vegetarian food during the entire event. Following meals will be provided –

31st Dec 2015
• High tea with snacks on arrival at the Bikepark
• Barbeque items
• Dinner
• Mid-night munchies at 24:00 Hrs

1st January 2016
• Breakfast

Cycling Group
The participants riding with our cycling group to the bikepark will be provided appropriate nutrition during the ride to the bikepark and return ride as well.

Registration Fee: You will invest only 2500 INR per person (for registration before 25th Dec 2015) for this awesome event.
The fees will be 2800 INR if you register after 25th Dec 2015.
Last date to register is 28th December 2015 

Warning:
The event is strictly non-alcoholic and smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises of the Bikepark. Smoking/consuming alcohol at the event site or on the Sinhagad Mountain is a criminal offence and the doer will be subjected to police proceedings.
Any participant found not abiding this rule will be expelled out from the event and Bikepark premises.

The registration fee includes:
1. Unlimited food during entire event
2. Participation in sports activities
3. Participation in drum circle
4. Accommodation in tents (on payment of refundable deposit)
