AIR is celebrating 80th Aniversary of the External Broadcast Day (EBD). This EBD is being celebrated to mark the 80th anniversary of the  External Services of All India Radio. The  1st October being the day on which the first external broadcast by All India Radio was made it's being observed as the External Broadcast Day. The cultural event is being organized to sensitize the foreign diplomats about this service.
