Prepare for your Valentine's day date with these superfun partner dances.

When: Saturday, 10th Jan
Time: 12 pm -4:30 pm. With a small break in between, to catch your breath.

The session is perfect for beginners, no prior experience needed. You don't need to come with a partner to attend the workshop. We will rotate partners so that everyone can experience dancing with different people!

About the instructor: KV brings LindyHop with him directly from the US. He has danced LindyHop extensively in the US and the UK for 6 years now.
He has had the opportunity to dance Lindy in more than 50 dance scenes and has participated in 45+ Lindy dance festivals.
LindyHop happens to be one his favorite dance styles.

Frequently asked questions:
1) What to wear?
Ans: Anything comfortable that can let you stretch and dance without restricting your or your partner's movement. Fitted shirts, t shirts, track pants, jeans work best for gentlemen. Fitted tops, track pants, skirts, jeans work best for ladies. If you wear jeans, just make sure it will let you stretch.

2) What to bring?
Ans: Plenty of water. Extra pair(s) of t-shits/tops so that you may change if required. LindyHop can be quite intense and high energy and will definitely make you sweat.

3) What kind of shoes?
Ans: Gentlemen: Dance shoes (or otherwise) with slick (smooth) flat soles. A tiny heel is alright. No sneakers or any shoes will rubber soles. Dance shoes with suede soles work the best.
Ladies: Dance shoes (or otherwise) with slick (smooth) flat soles. NO HEELS, NO WEDGES, NO FLOATERS, NO SNEAKERS. Dance shoes with suede soles work the best.

4) Will there be a break?
Ans: Yes there will be a short break during the session so that people may eat, rest and .....
