"The South Asian Council of Odonatology is organizing the First National Workshop on Odonatology (16-19 August 2014) in collaboration with Hislop College, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The workshop will run in parallel with the 8th Indian Symposium on Odonatology & Tropical Biodiversity. Workshop participants will have access to the talks in the symposium. The workshop will feature lectures on Odonata biology, taxonomy, diversity & distribution studies along with hands-on practical sessions including two field trips. A considerable part of the workshop will be spent in interactive sessions.
