Hare Krishna Golden Temple is celebrating a month-long festival of lights called “Damodara Deepotsava” during the auspicious month of Karthik starting Oct. 9.

In this month every day the temple is decorated with thousands of lamps. Light from hundreds of lamps placed before the altar spread transcendental radiance across the main temple hall elevating the spirit of devotion.

You are invited to participate in the Karthik Deepotsava @8:00 pm daily. A grand Arati is performed to Their Lordships Sri Radha Govinda as the devotees sing the Damodarashtaka song.

After the Arati all the assembled devotees get an opportunity to offer ghee lamps to Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Govinda.
