Author-Diplomat Pavan K Varma launches his book - Adi Shankaracharya in Chennai

Noted writer-diplomat Pavan K. Varma will launch his latest book, ‘Adi Shankaracharya: Hinduism's Greatest Thinker’, a narrative biography of the founder of Hinduism published by Westland on 12th July 2018 at E hotel in Chennai. The Author will be in conversation with former IAS officer & Diplomat, Gopalkrishna Gandhi.

Join us for an evening as the author engages in a discussion on the remarkable philosophical underpinning of Hinduism by Adi Shankaracharya and the relevance of the erstwhile saint in the current times.

Adi Shankaracharaya: Hinduism’s Greatest Thinker is a meticulously researched and comprehensive account of his life and philosophy. Highly readable and including a select anthology of Shankaracharya’s seminal writing, the book also examines the startling endorsement that contemporary science is giving to his ideas today.
