As an artist, Andrew thinks that emotions, reactions, and feelings are perhaps some of the most powerful ways of expression. He talks of a constant struggle and battle inside him as an artist, to create works of art that portray these myriad emotions through various hues, mixes, textures, and patterns. Painting, for him, has been a voyage of soul searching with a higher motive and a mightier goal in mind. 

'Nothing will ever provide me the solace I look for unless it's this journey of search - it's a vast world and this is just a tiny fraction of my journey that I have been able to document and create through these paintings'.

His collection of 23 artworks - 'Altered Surfaces - A Journey Of Self-Search' symbolise depth, inner reflection, and a pure sense of freedom for all of us to interpret and co-relate. Colours have always had a strong part in triggering stimulation in the mind and engaging our inner-selves to introspect the depths of our subconscious. It's this search that Andrew wishes to unlock and understand more about through his abstract works of art, instilling a sense of connection, relationship, and oneness.

He is a self-taught artist who draws inspiration from every story around him and his paintings are those inspirations jotted down in abstract strokes of acrylic and oil, on canvas and wooden panel.
