A new entrant in an organization is probably like a fish in the pond; always ponders that how can I become large and strong like a shark, a business tycoon or a corporate giant. This transformation from fish to shark, in corporate world, is extremely difficult but not impossible. It will call for larger operating field, a dedicated mindset, a fire in the belly and stuffs for keeping the fire on, systematic strategy for skill development, and many more supporting gears. But most importantly, it needs a Dronacharya, the corporate mentor.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
