The 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in
Goa is specifically designed for intermediate
and advanced-level students, who have successfully completed a 200-hour Yoga
teacher training course (at Goa Yogashala or anywhere else). After the
successful completion of the course, you will be eligible to register yourself
with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500 yoga teacher. Furthermore, our 300 hour Multistyle yoga teacher training course in Goa also includes mantra recitation, meditative steps of doing asanas,
shat karma, the science of breath (pranayama), Bandhas and Mudra, yoga nidra,
yoga Darshana, teaching practicum classes, and much more.
