The program is a 7-Day Yoga and Vedanta Retreat organized by Arsha Yoga Dham. The retreat is conducted under the supreme guidance of Swami Atmananda Ji. The purpose of this program is to emphasize the teachings of Shrimad Bhagvad Gita while helping the students towards the path where they learn to connect with their inner self and further restore mind-body-spirit balance.
The program will focus primarily on:
● The practices and teachings of yoga which can be applied to our daily life,
● Knowing ourselves and the significance of why we need to know the self,
● Understanding of the three gunas – Tamas, Satva, and Rajas and the various possibility of how a yogi can transcend gunas,
● Returning to nature, and
● Reasons why human beings have forgotten the music of nature.

Food and Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided in the holistic Annapurna Eco Village in the traditional Nepali village of Astam. Stone cottages set amidst the floral beauty of this village, every room has attached bathroom with hot and cold water facility. Delectable in-house Vedic meals provided to the guests.
